Let's goal for it!
Being the youngest child, I grew up always being able to get what I want. Should I have a whim today, I always get it by tomorrow, or the next day, or sooner than I thought. I have the best parents, and they give the best for me. Impulsive is one word I've had in my vocabulary from my childhood up until now. Thankful as I am, everything I've had is truly cherished, and nurtured, may I say. As a product of my childhood, I can say that every sprinkling splinter of it gave me much contentment. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my childhood.
Growing up is a whole lot harder. Changes occur, and come inevitable. And the biggest matter of contention? Impulses turn in greater packages as life gets tougher. Everyone says, “You cannot get everything you want.” Check. But as a self-defense, I say: You can always work hard for what you want. Be it materialistically or not. Try to have the spirit, determination and courage to walk paths. Go get what you want. In the end, you'll realize you finally got it. Today, I can admit I am more materialistic. Due to the rising technological developments, improving generation and high demands, anyone would never fail to wish and crave for anything. Life today is hard though, and I don't want to demand my impulses from my parents, or from anyone. It's onerous, I presume. Whenever I want something, I save up for it and use my own money to buy it. That being my way of tolerating my impulses, I can say I am becoming more responsible and independent. I've recently scanned over a teen magazine and there I've been remarked by some goal quote inspirations. You must do what you feel is right. - Obi Wan Kenobi The possession of anything begins in the mind.- Bruce Lee The pursuit of something worthwhile is what's important. -Gwyneth Paltrow If it is to be, it is up to me. What is any life if it is not in the pursuit of a dream? At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can. I say: If you want something, no quitting! Let's dream all the best that we can. |

you.
Somewhere between the sweetest smiles, contagious laughs, painful sorrows, and worthwhile talks, I was glad to have found someone in you. I miss that friend I found.
I'm just missing the person whom I consider one of my real friends, most especially when I'm all taken away by uphill endeavors. |
